Every development is designed to meet or surpass the rigorous standards of BREEAM Excellent certification—a globally recognized indicator of best practices in sustainable building.

At HBS, environmental, social and governance-related considerations are an integral part of our business.

  • HBS endeavours to, wherever possible, refurbish rather than demolish existing structures and re-use materials, reducing carbon dioxide emissions that result from new-build construction.
  • All projects target at least a BREEAM Excellent certification.
  • All projects endeavour to use renewable energy sources.
